First, heat the water in a pot and pour in color remover. Put the tennis balls in and stir for around 30 to 40 minutes. In order for the new colors to be bright and saturated, it is good to remove the green in the tennis balls first.

After taking out most of the color in the tennis balls, pour hot water into another pot. Pour in the fabric dye, 1 teaspoon of dish soap, and 1 cup of vinegar. Submerge the tennis balls into the mixture and stir until satisfied with the color.

After thoroughly washing the freshly-dyed tennis balls and drying them, package the tennis balls with pretty ribbon and fun color combinations!
